TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery: Upon receipt of the Agreement, Steve Gilliland, Inc. will deliver 52 motivational videos. The downloads will be sent in four sets (13 videos each) via a Dropbox link.
Usage: Whereby Steve Gilliland Inc. owns the data and intellectual property to be downloaded, the videos can be saved and accessed anytime for client-only use. The number of users is unlimited, with no expiration date for usage.
Liability: In no event shall Steve Gilliland, Inc. and its employees be liable under contract or any other legal theory concerning the downloads for any direct damages or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever and any costs arising from the downloader’s misuse of the materials.
General: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
