What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay by Check or Money Order, you will need to print an order form, and mail it to the specified address. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Is it safe to use my credit card on the Internet?
Yes, because we have made sure to make our system a secure one! Our secure server encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. All ordering information, including your credit card information, can't be read by anyone else as the information travels from your computer to ours. The safety and security of your order is our number one concern!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders will be shipped within one business day after they are received. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services are available. Please call us toll-free 1-866-445-5452 to check on rates pertaining to your order.

What if I don't receive my order, it was wrong, or damaged?
